Introducing Incident Command System for Industrial Control Systems (ICS4ICS)
This presentation will provide a brief overview of the Incident Command System for Industrial Control System processes and describe how the ICS4ICS Exercises are being performed with asset owners. We will walk through example of how the Incident Command System and Computer Incident Response capabilities were combined to improve management of cybersecurity incidents that impact Industrial Control Systems. We will share the feedback from recent ICS4ICS exercises.

Brian Peterson is an Information Risk Consultant who works for ISAGCA includingICS4ICS, LOGIIC, and other companies as a program and project manager. Mr. Peterson has been a program and project manager for over 25 years. Mr. Peterson has 30 years of cybersecurity experience of IT systems, applications, and SCADA/DCS systems, such as those used in the oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. In the last 20 years, he has concentrated on establishing cybersecurity programs, incident response and management capabilities, and other processes related to Information Security, ICS Security, and other risk program. |
