Abstract
Overview: Billions of dollars will be invested into one of the fastest growing applications of IEEE 1547-compliant DER technology in the next six years: EV charging infrastructure, Vehicle-to-Grid, and Vehicle-to-Home solutions. Like fixed solar- and energy-storage based DERs, EV charging incorporates computing and IP-based data communication as a core element of the operating platform. But what about cybersecurity?
